I had the unfortunate luck with having two leaks in a span of two months. When I had the first leak, the mitigation company recommended Rigid for the restoration part of the water damage. Shawn, the owner, was very quick to get me an estimate on the repair work to submit to the insurance. Once everything was dry, they quickly put up the drywall and spray texture. When it was time for the painting, that's when I noticed our 2nd leak and called Shawn ASAP. He came out quickly to assess the damage of the 2nd claim to submit to the insurance. When the drywall was completed from the 2nd leak, he sent his guy to finally paint and finish up any touch-ups needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with the restoration work his team did and looks just like it was before the water damage. Shawn is very reliable and if you ever need to get a hold of him, he will always answer. Fantastic job!!!

Shawn sent out his people and it now looks better than new. He also helped with the insurance company, all at a reasonable price. They finished a week before he said it would be.
